Robert Amponsah is seasoned international marketing consultant, business coach and an

Dr. Salifu is an astute academician, business magnate, international consultant,
business coach and philanthropist. He has extensive enviable experience in corporate
development, administration and governance. He has spent over 21 years working on
securities, corporate actions, funds transfers, client relationship, reconciliation,
innovation, compliance, risk management, tertiary educational institution management
as well as legal issues. He has worked in high profile and reputable organizations
including Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, the oldest and largest privately-held bank
in the US, Summit Bank, Fleet Bank, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Budd Larner

Munkaila Abdulai, PhD, M.Phil, BBA
Munkaila Abdulai is a business mogul, leadership consultant and an academic. He is
passionate about empowerment and advocacy and currently serve as the president of
both the Sustainable Leadership and Innovation Centre (SLIC-Ghana) and the Consumer

Consultant with extensive experience in delivering audit and assurance services to
both UK and international financial organisations. She has worked in high profile
financial roles in high profile organisations such as Niche Cocoa and
Pricewaterhouse Coopers. , she is currently a Master of Accounting candidate at
Cambridge Judges Business School. She is particularly enthusiastic about projects

Charles Atanga Adongo, PhD, MPhil, BA
Charles Atanga Adongo (PhD) comes to Emperiks pledging to help empower people, build
and transform communities, and deep technical experience through evidence
generation. He is an interdisciplinary social scientist with over 10 years of
academic, research, and headquarter experience. Charles’s research findings are
transforming the theory and practice of consumption experiences, poverty, food
security, value chains, market systems, and private sector development, both home
and abroad.
He has worked across several countries providing technical assistance, implementing
a variety of evaluation methods, and supporting advisory and analytical works. He

Michael Youri is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Superior Courts of Judicature. He
is an international consultant in Quality Management and legal matters. He is
trained in HACCP Principles and Applications and, ISO 9001 and 22000. He is a Member
of the International Register of Certified Auditors and has consultant in this
capacity for many years. He is currently engaged in all aspects of Litigation in the
superior and lower courts of Ghana and in Corporate Practice ranging from Energy
including Petroleum, Trade, Finance and Investment, Estate and Property,
Immigration, and Company Secretarial services. He has experience in the quality
regulatory environment as he previously worked as a head of industrial support
services and Regulatory Officer at the Food and Drugs Authority for seven years. In
these roles, he provided technical support to the industry through training and
implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. He had previously been
a Quality Control Officer with GIHOC Distilleries Company Ltd. He also lectures in a
number of universities where he teaches Business Law, Company Law, Labour Law, and
