Robert Amponsah, MCIM, MPhil, MSc, Dip

Robert Amponsah is seasoned international marketing consultant, business coach and an academic. Robert combines specialist knowledge in both digital marketing and market research to deliver key market insights for clients in the private and public sectors. In the past, Robert has worked with high profile companies such as Research International and TNS Research and Marketing Services Ltd (TNS-RMS) as Research Executive, with PZ Cussons as in-charge of Marketing Research and Media. He has also lead in executing marketing projects for SNV Ghana, Pepsico (Ceres), Promasidor Ghana, Millicom Ghana-Tigo, UNICEF, Newmont Ghana Gold Limited, Young Educators Foundation, Distell Breweries- South Africa, Refriango-Angola, Loreal West Africa, Green Spot (Vitamilk brand)-Thailand and Ghandour Cosmetics. Currently, he is final PhD Candidate with the Nobel International Business School, and holds an MPhil Leadership, MSc. in Marketing, Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK) and Diploma in Statistics.

Justice Salifu, PhD, MSc, BA

Dr. Salifu is an astute academician, business magnate, international consultant, business coach and philanthropist. He has extensive enviable experience in corporate development, administration and governance. He has spent over 21 years working on securities, corporate actions, funds transfers, client relationship, reconciliation, innovation, compliance, risk management, tertiary educational institution management as well as legal issues. He has worked in high profile and reputable organizations including Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, the oldest and largest privately-held bank in the US, Summit Bank, Fleet Bank, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Budd Larner P.C. He has proven expertise and interest in strategic management and organizational leadership, with focus on identifying performance gaps in profit-oriented organizations and providing comprehensive, innovative and growth oriented solutions. He is credited for start-ups of multiple businesses and non-profit organizations and the Group CEO of Maanda Organisation. In the academic environment, he currently serves as the president of the Monroe Institute of Technology and has lectured in several recognised global higher institution of learning such as the University of Professional Studies, Lakeside University, African University College of Communication. Also he is currently a member of the American Management Association.

Munkaila Abdulai, PhD, M.Phil, BBA

Munkaila Abdulai is a business mogul, leadership consultant and an academic. He is passionate about empowerment and advocacy and currently serve as the president of both the Sustainable Leadership and Innovation Centre (SLIC-Ghana) and the Consumer Advocacy Centre (CAC), Ghana, an Affiliate of the Consumers International. He is also the Managing director of Haley Catering Services. In the academic environment, Munkaila is a seasoned academic with over 7 years of professional teaching in higher education and currently serves as the Coordinator of MBA-Total Quality Management at the School of Graduate Studies, UPSA. He has played varied capacities over the years. He served as the coordinator for international education and projects for UPSA. Consulted for several international projects and leadership summits that champion the issues of consumerism in the Africa sub region. Sharing ideas, creative thinking and service to mankind through collective learning has been his ultimate goals in life. His research area is focus on leadership, innovation, Strategy, and quality management.

Adam Wuni Wuntah, ACMA, CGMA, MSc, BA

Adam Wuni is a financial management consultant with extensive experienced in the hospitality and health industry. He is currently the Senior Finance Manager at NEC and has demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. He is Skilled in Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Project Management, and Team Leadership. Strong finance professional graduated from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Jemima Kugblenu, CA, CIT, MBA, BSc

Kugblenu is an Emily Booth Scholar and a Chartered Accountant and as well Tax Consultant with extensive experience in delivering audit and assurance services to both UK and international financial organisations. She has worked in high profile financial roles in high profile organisations such as Niche Cocoa and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. , she is currently a Master of Accounting candidate at Cambridge Judges Business School. She is particularly enthusiastic about projects that promote innovation and long-term sustainability in the disciplines of professional accounting, finance, policy, and other relevant fields

Charles Atanga Adongo, PhD, MPhil, BA

Charles Atanga Adongo (PhD) comes to Emperiks pledging to help empower people, build and transform communities, and deep technical experience through evidence generation. He is an interdisciplinary social scientist with over 10 years of academic, research, and headquarter experience. Charles’s research findings are transforming the theory and practice of consumption experiences, poverty, food security, value chains, market systems, and private sector development, both home and abroad.  He has worked across several countries providing technical assistance, implementing a variety of evaluation methods, and supporting advisory and analytical works. He has managed numerous large-scale multi-country assignments funded by governments and donor organizations, including USAID, USAID ASSESS West Africa, GIZ, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), Catalytic Capital Consortuim (C3), and Solidaridad West Africa, across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Michael Rudolf Youri ESQ, MPhil, BSc

Michael Youri is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Superior Courts of Judicature. He is an international consultant in Quality Management and legal matters. He is trained in HACCP Principles and Applications and, ISO 9001 and 22000. He is a Member of the International Register of Certified Auditors and has consultant in this capacity for many years. He is currently engaged in all aspects of Litigation in the superior and lower courts of Ghana and in Corporate Practice ranging from Energy including Petroleum, Trade, Finance and Investment, Estate and Property, Immigration, and Company Secretarial services. He has experience in the quality regulatory environment as he previously worked as a head of industrial support services and Regulatory Officer at the Food and Drugs Authority for seven years. In these roles, he provided technical support to the industry through training and implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. He had previously been a Quality Control Officer with GIHOC Distilleries Company Ltd. He also lectures in a number of universities where he teaches Business Law, Company Law, Labour Law, and Total Quality Management.

Richard Nii Ayitey Akoto, PhD, MSc, BSc

Richard Akoto is an academic, entrepreneur, petroleum engineer and researcher with excellent technical and analytical skills. He has extensive engineering experience in both upstream and downstream petroleum management and consulted for high profile firms. He had worked in diverse roles in reputable firms across the globe such Hydra Offshore Ghana Limited, Schlumberger, NIIT Limited, University of Professional Studies, University of Cape Coast, Holy Child College, Mfantsipim School. He scholarship has won him numerous academic honous and awards such as World Bank Scholarship Nelson Mandela Institute (NMI), Silver and bronze Medal from the Head of State Award (Duke of Edinburgh Award for Young People)

Yakubu Nasurulahi, MCIM, MA, ProM, DipM, Bsc

Yakubu Nasurulahi is an entrepreneur and dynamic seasoned marketing Consultant. Yakubu is an astute chartered marketing professional with expertise in developing and deploying strategic marketing plans, designing and launching effective public relations (PR) campaigns. Recognized for his extensive corporate experience in project management, event planning, and administration and business development.  In the past, Yakubu has worked in strategic high profile roles in companies such as Trans-Escort Limited as the Marketing Manager, Extra-Quest Limited Marketing Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Currently, Yakubu is the business development director of Krape-Africa and have excellent communication skills proven by the ability to successfully manage large projects.
